You may return unopened items from our webstore (product price only, shipping fees and taxes are excluded) within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.
If an item or product was purchased through one of our Affiliate Partners, please contact them directly. Each of these companies has their own refund policies and will be happy to help.
Digital Products/Programs Return Policy (Menopause University Courses)
Our general policy for digital (non-physical products and programs) is a money back guarantee for 30 days.
Menopause University (Menopause 101 Course)
There is a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work and the reasons why the course did not work for you. You must also have watched all of the course videos (our system allows us to see the amount of videos that you complete.)
In the event that you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your course work with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: In Unit 1 Lesson 3 complete and attach your “Symptom Checklist”
- Requirement 2: In Unit 2 Lesson 4 complete and attach the “Stress Assessment”
- Requirement 3: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your menopause experience. What expectations were not met once you were inside the program and completed the videos and assessments?
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course regardless if you complete the course.
PLEASE NOTE: if you opted for the 3-pay payment plan ($175/month for three months) and do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework and paperwork at the time of your request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by CDRJ, LLC dba RhondaNP. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day of you date of purchase and all payments must be made in a timely fashion. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
